In addition to his tax and accounting work with Bishop & Company, P.L., Matthew instructs other financial professionals within the Certified Financial Planner® program. With specialized knowledge in taxation, law, and personal financial planning, Matthew's level of knowledge and expertise is hard to come by outside of the largest accounting and law firms.
Matthew's professional career includes experience with two "Big Four" accounting firms. Now, he brings these same skills to his own practice. Matthew's professional independence and technical expertise allow him to provide unbiased and objective advice to clients.

Tommy received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Accounting from the
University of
North Florida. He is a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Florida Institute of CPA’s. In addition to being a CPA/PFS, he is also a Certified Financial Planner® practioner and holds his Series 63, Series 7 and Life, Health and Annuity licenses.
Previously, he has been employed in "Big Six" public accounting and also served as the in-house “expert” on estate and fiduciary tax matters with banks and brokerage firms.
